Under no circumstances will MINGLANG accept any under-aged applicants. Each applicant requesting employment first must go through an interview process, which includes filling out an application form with personal details. When an applicant is accepted, the company keeps a record of the identification card, certificates and then a work permit will be obtained from the local government for the confirmation of employment.
